Conditions for canceling the insurance policy
Based on the text of the mandatory insurance policy issued by the Saudi Central Bank regarding the cancellation clause, neither the company nor the insured has the right to cancel this policy after its issuance except in any of the following cases:
- Cancellation of vehicle registration, for whatever reason.
- Transferring the ownership of the vehicle to another owner, such as selling it to another person.
- Purchasing a new insurance policy that covers the remainder of the policy to be canceled.
- Cancellation of the insurance policy from the Tawuniya Insurance Co.
