Steps to Purchase Domestic Helpers Health Insurance

Click on the “Domestic Helpers Insurance” icon at the top of the page.
Step 1: Fill in Main Information
– Enter the sponsor’s ID / Iqama number.
– Enter the date of birth.
– Enter the Capcha code shown.
– Click “Buy Now”.
The policyholder’s information will then appear.
Step 2: Add New Members
* Click “Add New Members” to enter the domestic helper’s information. Required details:
– Domestic helper’s Iqama number/Boarder Number
– Mobile number
– Medical Class
* Click “Add” to include the helper as a member.
* A verification code (OTP) will be sent via SMS to the mobile number linked to the account.
Step 3: Agree to Terms
– After adding the domestic helper, answer the required questions and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
Step 4: Choose Insurance Quote
– On the Health Insurance Quotes page, select the plan that suits you best.
– Click “Buy Now”.
Final Step: Payment
– Choose your preferred payment method: Mada, Visa, American Express, or Apple Pay.
Click “Proceed to Payment”. Your insurance policy will be issued within one minute.
