Step One
Homepage
– Select the type of insurance (New insurance – Transfer of ownership).
– Enter your ID/Residence number.
– Enter the serial number of the form when renewing or enter the customs number when selecting the customs card.
– Enter the verification code displayed in front of you, then proceed by clicking on “Show Offers.”
Step Two
– Enter the estimated value of the Motor.
– Specify the start date of the insurance coverage.
– Enter other information.
– Add discounts (special discounts for employees of certain private and government entities), which can be activated by entering the work email or through the profile.
– Add a driver (if there is an additional driver. If the insurance is under the establishment ID (700), enter the ID number of the primary driver used in the form).
*Note: Liability insurance covers any driver aged 18 and above who holds a valid driver’s license, while when selecting comprehensive insurance, it is necessary to add an additional driver for the insurance to cover the second driver included in the policy.
– After that, click on “Show Offers.”
Step Three
Offers Page
The Motor details appear at the top of the page (Motor type, model, and license plate).
A Najm eligibility discount is shown (1 year = 10%) and increases annually up to 60%. You can check your eligibility for the Najm discount on the Najm website: Car Insurance Discount Eligibility.
– Select the type of insurance (Liability – Premium – Comprehensive).
– Choose the maintenance centers for comprehensive and premium insurance (Agency – Workshops).
– Browse the offers from insurance companies and choose the one that suits you.
– You can also sort the prices from highest to lowest.
Details of Insurance Company Offers
Each offer from insurance companies for liability coverage shows details of the discounts, total insurance price, rating of connection speed to the Najm system, and additional benefits that can be added to the insurance coverage for an extra fee if desired. You can also view the terms and conditions for each insurance company.
Each offer for comprehensive and premium coverage includes additional benefits (added coverages that can be included for an extra fee) along with the deductible amount (the amount the policyholder pays in case of an accident to have it repaired at their choice of agency maintenance centers or approved workshops). You can also view the terms and conditions for each insurance company.
After selecting the offer that suits you, click “Buy Now.” If you have not logged in, completing the registration and purchasing the policy will take a few seconds.
How to Log In/Create an Account
Login Page
You will then receive a verification code sent to the mobile number registered with Bcare, or you can register as a new user by entering the required information in the empty fields (Email address, mobile number, National ID/Residence number for the insured, and password).
When creating a new account, you need to enter the following information:
– Email address.
– Mobile number.
– National ID/ Iqama
– Password.
After filling in the information, click on “Create Account.”
Step Four
Payment Page
The insurance holder’s details will appear (start and end dates of the insurance – serial or customs number of the vehicle). Basic information (mobile number – IBAN – email address) linked to the insurance holder’s ID in Bcare will also be displayed, according to the Saudi Central Bank’s regulation, “Each ID must have its own mobile number, email, and IBAN.”
If the insurance type is comprehensive, you will need to attach pictures of the vehicle from all required angles (using the mobile camera for live capture or uploading images from the photo album).
After that:
– Click on the acknowledgment of the insurance policy terms.
– Choose the most suitable payment method among Mada, Sadad, Apple Pay, Visa, American Express, and Apple Pay for Apple device users.
– You can also choose to pay for 4 installments through Tabby, which includes roadside assistance services.
Then click on “Pay Now,” and your policy will be issued within just one minute.
